What's covered
Defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for 12 months from delivery — for example a charger that stops working, a cable connector that fails, or a case seam that splits.
What's not covered
- Normal wear, scratches or discoloration
- Damage from drops, water (beyond the product's rating), or misuse
- Damage to your phone or other devices
How to make a claim
Email support@reikocellular.com with your order number, a short description and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund once the claim is approved.
